Delivery & Returns

Please bear in mind that although you can pay for all your items in one transaction here on Supernomad, your products may arrive separately. In the case of Elvis & Kresse products, you’ll also be sending your return, if required, directly to the supplier – this is very straight forward and outlined in the Returns section.

You’ll receive an email order and payment confirmation from us, as well as a confirmation of dispatch as soon as your order is processed.

In the UK, delivery is normally within five working days, and often much sooner. We will contact you if an item happens to be sold out, and if you’re prefer to keep your order until the item is back in stock again.

To allow all our deliveries to be safe, efficient and trackable, shipping rates are based on the following:

UK delivery: Free

European courier delivery: £15.00

Rest of World courier delivery: £25.00

Please note that for deliveries to and outside the EU, charges do not include any additional customs and/or handling fees which are your responsibility. Either the seller or the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost - this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Please be aware that if you don't choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge you any additional costs incurred by us or the seller for returning this order to us.


You have 28 days to notify us (or the seller in the case of Elvis & Kresse products) if you want to return or exchange an item. This period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. 

Here’s how to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product:

Contact us at with your name and order number, indicating which items you wish to return. We will send you the return address in turn - package the item up and send it back to us (or directly to the seller in the case of Elvis & Kresse products) within 14 days of letting us know that you want to cancel/return your order and return the product. We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage. Unless otherwise specified, please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.

We will process the refund directly to your payment card.

    Please note that all tags and/or labels must be intact to qualify for a cancellation, return or exchange and item must be unworn, in perfect condition and its original packaging. If you have any questions regarding this process or if any tag or labels are damaged or missing in any way please contact us at as soon as possible on receipt. 

    Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken us and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to.

    Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to us).
